Leadership Experience

BrandBoss was founded in May 2016 by Jordan Lacenski.  This company was born from a dedication to growth and the support of fellow female entrepreneurs. She recently completed and earned her Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

Named Communicator of the Year Not-For-Profit by The Florida Public Relations Association of Northwest Florida in 2016, Jordan is passionate about her community and those living within it that are in need. As the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation for the last two years, she has implemented a monthly column with the local paper showcasing the Foundation’s charity partners and the work they are doing. A love for non-profits was born.

DCWAF is recognized as one of the “Top 10 Charity Wine Auctions in the Nation” according to Wine Spectator. Prior to her time at Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation, Jordan was a Brand Manager for Beam Global in North Carolina, as well as the Craft Brand Specialist at Caffey Distributing Co., launching craft beer brands in the Triad of North Carolina, and creating a connection with brands already present such as New Belgium Brewing Co., SweetWater Brewing Co., and Great Lakes Brewing Co.

Jordan is also Co-Founder of SheWolf Collaborative. With Laura Holloway of The StoryTeller Agency, SheWolf is a true collaborative bringing the best of the industry together for special projects. Each is successful on her own, but has agreed to join forces for special projects with truly creative people. Entry into the pack is limited; this pack only hunts with the best.

When not glued to her mobile device, you might find Jordan on the water, enjoying a hand-stirred Old Fashioned, walking one of her three rescue pups, or searching for the next perfect pair of shoes.

How I Want to Participate in PowerHouse

Empowerment is my passion. SheWolf Collaborative was born from a need for a safe place for female entrepreneurs in the creative agency to ban together to create a dream team. I feel there is a need to empower the women around you and be each other’s assets. I want to share my story, and help others who are walking in my shoes, as well as learn from those that already have. I am looking forward to Mentor Monday and hosting in February and I am proud and willing to help in other ways!
