I would say a leader is someone who stands firmly in their own reality, and helps lift others up along the way to making that reality tangible. I strive to be a leader in every aspect of that definition. Most notably I teach women the tool of self-leadership. I walk beside women as they learn to become good, kind, service-minded leaders to themselves, by eating food that is healthy and nourishing, creating stress management techniques that allow them to show up bigger and bolder in the world, and leading themselves towards a life that serves them best. I have been a leader in my field of “self love” for the last five years as the owner and founder of “revolutionary lifestyle” a brand/blog that produces online courses, articles, podcasts, and content that is all revolved around helping women to wake up the love inside of themselves and lead from a place of innate worthiness. I have become an expert and leader in this field and am regularly offered interview opportunities on podcasts, radio shows, television, and summits.
I have led myself through the 2.5 year volunteer experience of Peace Corps in Zambia, Africa. In which I learned a lot of about how to lead movements that served local rural communities.
How I Want to Participate in PowerHouse
I would love to be a resource for other women when it comes to building an online business or a business/practice that is based in holistic health and wellness. I would love to be resource to other women who are looking to step into more self care, self leadership, and self love. I would love to be a resource of other women who might be looking for support through an experience of disordered eating, body image issues, and/or dietary and lifestyle shifts. I would love to be a resource of other women who are yearning for more community and sisterhood. I would love to be a resource for other women when they are looking for guidance, direction, support or accountability when it comes to their personal development process.
