How I Want to Participate in PowerHouse

I would like to participate in PowerHouse in a variety of ways.  I am very interested in being a part of a group of professional women in Montana that support each other in many ways from mentoring to providing professional opportunities.

In addition, I am always looking for other business owners that can support my business with skills I cannot provide and I am interested in supporting other businesses around Montana by providing leadership and training in the area of professional development and stress reduction.

Other Information

My specialty is providing training programs and staff retreats in the area of decreasing stress and chaos and increasing focus and resiliency through the practice of Mindfulness.  Contact me if you want to know more about Mindfulness!
